What do you hope to gain from your CF internship?
This summer, I just hope to gain knowledge and experience. This is my first internship related to my major so I'm thankful for that, and I just want to learn more about my field. The first week I was thankful to learn about different fields such as HR and EHS. I'm an electrical engineering major so [learning about these fields has] definitely opened up my mind and become more of an open-minded person when it comes to the career field.
What are the most significant challenges and opportunities in the STEM field today?
I would say that some of the most significant challenges will be making new innovations. There are so many things that people have already invented and innovated, so I believe that creating new innovations, making things grow, making them better, and having new ideas for how to make things more effective and efficient, would definitely be a tough thing to come across. I would consider that to be one of the toughest challenges in the STEM field.
