FOSSI: Tell us a bit about yourself.
My name is Taylor Patton and I enjoy gaming, nature, art, and anime. I have a very creative and active mind. My peers view me as quiet, sweet and well mannered. I've enjoyed technology since I was 4 years old and for the most part, I've been my own source of inspiration. But I do have to thank my parents and my teachers for helping to shape me into the man I am today.
FOSSI: Why are you passionate about pursuing a degree in a STEM-related field?
I am passionate about pursuing a STEM degree in electrical engineering because not only do I find the subject interesting and easy to learn; I want to use it to help people and to improve the quality of our environment. I'm also a huge computer and car nerd which has led me down the path to electrical engineering.
FOSSI: Fast forward – where do you see yourself in ten years?
In ten years, I see myself being a successful engineer that does his best to improve the life of others around him. I also hope to inspire people to not only become engineers, but to be the best they can possibly be. I would also own at least one dream car of mine along with a decent suburban house.
FOSSI: Share a few fun facts about yourself.
I love writing stories every so often and I enjoy drawing characters I've made up. My favorite genre of music would happen to be late 90's to early 2000's rock. I also enjoy classic rap along with house music.
